Биография

Kulbaev Begman was born on 10.01.1982. In 2003 graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, specializing in law. In 2006 he graduated from Bolashak University, specializing in accounting and audit. In 2014, he graduated from Bolashak University, specializing in construction.

On September 19, 2017, Begman Kulbaev was appointed as the General Director of the Kazakh State Research and Design Institute (JSC KazRICA ) by the Order of the Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services (CCHCS).

• 2003-2004 - Chief specialist-legal adviser of Kyzylorda regional department of state sanitary-epidemiologic supervision.
• 2004-2005 - Leading specialist of the department of state-legal work of the akim's office of Kyzylorda region.
• 2005-2007 - Chief specialist of department of state-legal work of akim's office of Kyzylorda region.
• 2007-2008 - Head of the department of state-legal work of the akim's office of Kyzylorda region.
• 2008-2009 - Head of the department of state-legal work of the akim's office of Kyzylorda city.
