Единая система классификации и кодирования в строительстве (ЕСКС)

ЕСКС — это система, предназначенная для стандартизации и унификации информации в строительной отрасли. Она включает в себя классификацию и кодирование различных элементов, ресурсов и процессов, связанных со строительством.

Основные цели ЕСКС:

• Обеспечение единого информационного пространства для всех участников строительного процесса.
• Упрощение обмена данными и документацией.
• Повышение эффективности управления проектами и ресурсами.
• Снижение ошибок и несоответствий в проектной и строительной документации.

ЕСКС является важным инструментом для внедрения технологий информационного моделирования (ТИМСО) в строительстве, так как обеспечивает основу для структурирования и организации данных, используемых в моделях.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the development of the Unified System of Classification and Coding in Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan (USCCS). The system is considered as a tool to ensure information compatibility and data integration at all stages of the life cycle of construction projects. The basis for the creation of the system was ISO international standards and national regulations. The research methodology includes the analysis of existing classification systems and the design of the USCCS structure. In the process of development an automated platform was created to provide centralized data management. The results demonstrated that the USCCS improves data accuracy, promotes process unification and optimizes interaction between participants of the construction process.
